FTC guide for online kids: Net Cetera

The Federal Trade Commission recently published a new guide "Net Cetera: Chatting with Kids About Being Online" on its website www.OnGuardOnline.gov. According to the FTC, "Net Cetera covers what you need to know, where to go for more information, and issues to raise with kids about living their lives online."

I think this is a wonderful thing, as my children are rapidly becoming more active on the Internet. Heck, I think this resource would be great for my parents (if they ever decide to venture out to the web).

The guide is free to parents, schools, and other groups. Bulk quantities are available. The materials are public domain, meaning their content can be re-used without copyright worries. For more information, click the image below.
